T&A Employment
We are always looking to add to our T&A staff, and we strive to build a family atmosphere. Several of our employees have been with us for years, and we pride ourselves on going above and beyond when it comes to customer service. Working hard, being safe, and having a lot of fun is our focus. We follow all of the proper guidelines for employment, and we outsource our payroll services. All employment is seasonal and part-time. Below is a list of possible positions available:
Administrative Assistant:
Helping with responding to emails and working with reservations and the schedule. You will be able to work from home and be able to create your own hours. It would be an ideal position for a teacher on summer break that is looking to make a little extra money. You will work closely and directly with the Owner. It is required that you have great communication skills (since you will be in direct communication with customers) and that you are very detail oriented. Need knowledge with Microsoft Word and Excel. Anticipating 20 hours per week starting in May through June, July, and August.
Check In Staff:
Get people checked in, collect money, answer questions. Must have good communication skills and be good with collecting money. Hours are typically 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Parking/Traffic Staff:
Guiding people where to park their cars, directing people to check in area, traffic control. Must be good with communication skills. Hours are typically 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Tubing Staff:
Loading tubes in trucks, helping customers get in and out of the river, answer questions. Must be friendly and good with communication skills, since you work directly with customers. You must work hard and be decent in the water. Hours are typically 8 am to 8 pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Weekdays may be an option too.
Driver (Box Trucks):
Drive one of our 24 foot box trucks upstream and back several times per day to get our tubes to the drop off location. Our tubing staff will help you load and unload the tubes from the trucks. No CDL required. Hours are typically 8 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Driver (Bus):
Drive one of our buses full of customers upstream to the drop off location several times per day. You will be required to perform a pre-trip inspection of the bus and give the safety speech at the beginning of the bus ride. Must have a CDL Class B with Air Brake and Passenger endorsements. Hours are typically 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
